Well people, just so you don't think that I am forgetting about you.
I have posted the new LiveLog look (pending) at www.livelog.com/newlivelog.html This is not a 
final version as minor things will change (ie menus and search), 
but this will however show you what we have been up too.
	
	As a surprize I haven't uploaded the new icon which will be located in the upper left corner.
Feel free to guess what it will be or drop me a line on improvements and/or ideas. 
Feed back on where you would like the menu would be helpful aswell.
(also note that I am redoing most of the site and this is just the start)

I am planning on doing some changes if I can remember how to do things ;)

Anyways, I think it is time I get back into the job on trying to please the masses.

User of the day is a new link that we will try to keep up to date.

To become user of the day you don't have to be high on the rankings, you just have to show talent in creating a well thought out userpage.

Congratulation goes to SailorSaturn, who has created a wonderful page that looks nice and is not burden to navigate.

Also Rankings has change a bit. Now ranking are weighted more to things the user cannot control, but still warrant points.

You should beable to delete comments from your entries. To access the deletion page use the arcive menu at the bottom of your user home page remember this goes recent last .... so your most recent post will be located on the last page (ie 4 or 5) select the entry by clicking on the title it should then bring you to the edit page. At the bottom of this edit page you will find where you can remove the comments.

Well people I am back, vacation was nice, but it is always good to be back home. Things now are slowly getting back to normal, and the completion of our new lay out is in it's final phases. We hope you all will enjoy this new "easier to use layout" which in time will allow you far more flexibility within your livelog userpage. With all that now stated we are now going back to answering emails and finishing the new layout.

Sorry for any email delays, we weren't ignoring you,

I am away on a vacation, sorry if this affects you greatly.

Going for a totally new layout/design, which we are in the process of making now. This new design should be more open and presentable, since our "Christmas" look is either a month behind or eleven months ahead of its time. Also, in this new design nothing major should change, more options will be moved onto the main page (ie search, friends). We hope we will get this done as soon as possible, and that you will enjoy it.

On another note, we have had a growing concern over comments lately, either complaints about swearing, rude or selfish manners, and arrogant writings. We are thinking of doing a couple more things to help with these complaints.

1. Deletion of comments
2. Removal of comments altogether (we are not big fans of this)
3. Add selection for friends commenting only
4. Add selection for no comments for entry
5. Make a whole set of guidelines and rules governing every aspect of the rules of conduct within this site and play judge and jury for every case(which we don't like since we have to take sides, also means we lose at least one user)

You now have the option of allowing only Livelog members to post comments. With this you can block disruptive comment posters (if the disruptive posters are users, please email us and we can deal with them in a number of ways)

Friends Page has been completed and is now going through it's paces, hopefully it will be uploaded and usable by the end of today. Cool features include, combining all recent friends posts on one page and also allows for more of a community page.

Hopefully after this we can build sort of an email notice system for the comments, since right now most new comments go unnoticed within you logs. Hope this all makes sense and shows you that we are still working hard to please.

We have been busy answering emails and building the suggestions within.

As you may have seen we have been slugging our way through the "to do" list and

have been advancing quite rapidly. The most recent addition to the LiveLog toolbox

is the privacy option in the "New Entry" page. This is quite useful if you only want

friends or family to view all of your logs and everyone else non privacy material.
